Lovely beam of raspberry fruit, with a milk chocolate and sweet smoke notes. Round, fresh

AUSTRALIAN:
• Wolf Blass (Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon )
An impressive Cabernet. Its ripe in character, distinctive for the mint and floral notes
running through its jazzy raspberry and currant flavors. All lingers effortlessly on the lithe
finish. 1998 Rating 89

• Peter Lehman - Barossa Shiraz
Smooth, polished and positively glowing with fruit and spice flavors, bursting across the
palate with gorgeous blackberry, black cherry, anise and cinnamon flavors, swirling in some
sweet vanilla and pepper on the long finish. Rating 92.

• Penfold’s - Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz
Rich flavors of dark berry and cherry are balanced against a backbone of fine tannins
& acidity in this fine Shiraz. Impressive for its intensity & elegance. 1998. Rating 90.

A dazzling red, dark rich and exuberant, this wine reveals layers of peppery plum, black cherry and blueberry fruit that turns lush, with smooth tannins. 1998. Rating 91.

Georges Du Boeuf - Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau 2003
Full-bodied, delicious, powerful and seductive. They are ruby red, a beautiful color at times very intense. Their aromas of flowers and fruit exude scents of rose, raspberries, well-ripened strawberries and blackcurrants. Limited Availability…..

Plush fleshy blackberry kirsch flavours in this beaujolais cru’ with bitter sweet chocolate and smoke notes coming in on the sweet, ripe finish where the fruit lingers languidly. 2000. Rating 90.

• Paul Jaboulet Aine - Crozes Heritage Les Jalets
Very ripe style. Smells and tastes like licorice, and borders on being raisiny
But, O’ boy is this a thick rich and creamy Rhone red. Full bodied, inky black
and very tannic. 1999. Rating 90.

• Georges de Vogue - Chambolle-Musigny
Beautiful and structured, with plenty of fruit to back it up. Medium to full bodied, this displays deep colour, good acidity and blackberries and cherries. Burgandy Region of France. Rating 90.

• Cos d’Estournel - Saint Estephe
Super complex, with Indian spices, violets and crushed berries. Full bodied with intense,
silky tannens and a long lfinish. 2000. Rating 95-100.

ITALIAN:
• Chianti Classico Fontodi
A rich Chianti Classico, with ripe plum and red fruit, on a very refined mineral bed. Me dium-bodied, with very fine, well integrated tannins and a long mineral and fruit finish. Rating 89 points.

• Beni di Batasiolo- Barolo
A beauty. Clean and Balanced. Beautiful aromas of plums, flowers and fresh-brewed Indian tea. Medium bodied, with ultra-fine Tannins and a long caressing finish. 1998. Rating 90 Highly Recommended.

• Castello Banfi - Tavernelle
Rich aromas of currants, blackberries and cherries with hints of vanilla. Full bodied and
extremely polished. 1999. Cabernet Sauvignon Italian. Rating 92.

• Paolo Boscaini- Amarone Valpolicella Marano
A pretty, drink-me wine. Lots of mineral, berry and licorice aromas. Medium to full bodied,
with ripe fruit, raisin and spice, and a chewy finish. 1997. Rating 87.

A classic California White Zinfindel.

From cool coastal vineyards, this wine shows an unusual degree of richness. The nose offers tropical fruits and spicy oak, flavors are boldly fruity. Rating 87(Wino World.)

• Kendall Jackson Vinters Reserve - Chardonnay
Ripe round and lush with spicy overtones, to the lovely peach and pineapple and aroma
flavours, hamonious and beautifully balanced. 1998. Rating 89.

• Black Opel - South Eastern Australia (Chard.)
Ripe and juicy, nicely packaged with pineapple and pear fruit. A finish of cream and nutmeg that lingers on the finish. 1999-2000. Rating 84-85.

• Wolf Blass South Australia (Chardonnay)
Ripe and round, a generous mouthful of pear and spice flavors, finishing smooth. Flavours echo nicely. 2000. Rating 85.

Silky, supple and creamy, beautifully balanced to layer its intense nectarine, pear, lime and
cream flavours, which linger effortlessly on the elegant finish. 2001. Rating 90.

Elegant, with lemon, grapefruit and green apple aromas and flavours and crisp acidity. 1993. Rating 85.

Rich and a touch sweet, exuding citrus and honey flavours on an easygoing frame.
Medium bodied with a moderate intensity, picks up a mushroom note on the finish. Rating 88.

Lovely biscuit, honey and apple notes, match the creamy texture and solid structure of this
appealing bubbly. Rating 88.

• Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin
Light and effervescent, with a floral, perfumed character and delicate yet firm structure. Its flavors evoke ginger and cherry. Rating 88.

• Laurent Perrier
A focused style, showing bread dough and mineral elements on a medium-bodied, moderately firm structure. Lingering aftertaste of honey. Rating 87.

• Mumm Cordon Rouge

Very distinctive. Bold and complex, exhibiting roasted elements of toasted bread, nuts and
coffee, along with dried fuit and citrus nuances. The structure is firm and fresh, with a
superlong finish evoking walnuts. 1995. Rating 94.

• Louis Roederer Cristal
You won't soon forget this vivid and expressive Champagne. It packs in compound layers of citrus, vanilla, pear and nutmeg that harmonize and linger on the finish. Bright acidity makes it extra refreshing and layered. 1990. Rating 94.

• Louis Roederer Cristal Rose
Distinctive for its ginger and nut elements, this rosé offers complex citrus and biscuit tones on
a solid yet very accessible structure. Vinous in character, it has a lovely, lingering finish. 1995.

  • Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.2 Cabinet Series. Beautiful dark, brown robusto. Medium to Full Body.
  • Romeo Y Julieta No.2 tubo -a dark, oily cigar with firm draw. Smoke is woody, rich and pleasant. Medium to Full bodied.
  • Romeo Y Julieta No.1 tubo - Firm toothy cigar with a firm draw. A woody smoke with vegetal notes. Medium/Full Bodied.
  • Romeo Y Julieta Exhib. No.4 - Good looking cigar with a fine draw. Smoke is nutty & leathery.
    Medium/Full bodied cigar.
  • Montecristo #4 - Dark and pressed. Cigars has a papery start then develops interesting note of leather and chocolate.
  • Montecristo #3 - Smoke is leathery and woody and a bit dry, with a hint of sweet citrus fruit. Medium bodied.
  • Montecristo Tubo - well wrapped smoke with long burn. Very smooth Corona style of smoke.
  • Cohiba-Panetelas - targeted to the occasional smoker. Spicy aromas is an easy smoke with a medium to full body.
  • Don Sebastian - medium full bodied cigars. Not too aromatic, excellent value for money. Churchill
  • La Aurora Bristo Special - a toothy cigar with a rough cap. The smoke is dry and very cedary, with a bit of sweetness.
